Guests may face eviction if they fail to adhere to rules. Pool: • Gate must remain closed at all times (per Florida law) • Hours: 7:00 AM until dusk • No children under 3 years old allowed in pool • Children 3+ must be accompanied by an adult • No glass inside pool fence or on sundeck • Close umbrellas and return deck furniture to its place after use • No diving from the wooden dock (fishing is allowed) 📝 House Rules Summary • No parties (strictly enforced) - Party Fee of $500 • No smoking — includes unit, balcony, and all outdoor areas • Max occupancy: 4 guests • Only park in your assigned spot — towing is enforced • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
